The security services are seized with two foreign feet that penetrated Yemeni territorial waters off the coast of Ahwar

The Coast and Coast Guard Forces in Abyan Governorate carried out urgent security measures to seize two international outputs that penetrated the Yemeni territorial waters, after they were monitored in 6 naval miles away from the coast of the city of Ahur, east of the province, in the illegal shipping path, under the direction of Brigadier Mahdi Hantush, commander of the coast belt, and the captain of the Coast Guard in the governorate
These procedures came after an operational communication stated that the two ships were monitored while sailing in an unauthorized direction, as the first location was determined off the coast of the “Al -Muqatin” area west of Ahwar, and the second east of the city, which necessitated a rapid movement by the competent security forces.
According to international law for seas, this type of navigation is a violation of marine sovereignty, and requires immediate intervention. The first ship, called "Sido", was dealt with MCD, and bears the flag of a Latin American country, and it had 14 seas of Syrian nationality, according to the legal procedures followed.
Announced Information: The reasons for the Sido's deviation from its course
Local sources reported that the ship "Sido" was not on the task of smuggling or suspicious movements, but rather lost its way in the sea to find itself close to the Yemeni coasts, specifically near the "Al -Muqatin" area, west of the city of Ahour.
According to the sources, a number of local fishermen fired warning shots in the air after the ship approached their fishing nets, in an attempt to alert the ship's crew to change its course, which prompted the crew to send a distress communication and request the intervention of the security authorities, which is the same communication announced by the British Navy.
In a related context, another ship was exposed to confusion off the coast of Hadramout, and it was forced to stop after losing contact with navigation systems, amid reports confirming the use of electronic jamming means affecting the warships and commercial ships in the Arab Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
