The Security Council holds a new session on Yemen

The UN Security Council will hold, this evening, Wednesday, its monthly meeting to discuss the developments of the situation in Yemen, in light of the stumbling of the peace process in Yemen, which has been drowned in the war for ten years.
UN sources said that the Security Council will hold New York time - the fifth of Yemen time, its periodic meeting on Yemen, and will start with an open session, followed by closed consultations.
She added that the session will focus on the humanitarian and economic conditions in Yemen, the peace process in Yemen and the Houthi kidnapping of United Nations and civil society workers.
She pointed out that the UN Special Envoy to Yemen, Hans Grendberg, and a representative of the Autha Human Affairs Coordination Office, will be presented during the open session, two surroundings about the developments of the situation in Yemen.
