In an important humanitarian step, the Child Welfare Organization, in cooperation with the President of the Women’s Compassion Charity and Development Association in Al-Anad, Professor Belgium Ali Abdel Aziz Al-Soruri, conducted a field tour to monitor cases that are considered victims of violations resulting from the ongoing war, which has greatly affected the lives of children and women in Region.
This initiative comes in the context of the organization's work to monitor and address cases exposed to mine and lightning hazards, in addition to the waste resulting from the recent liberalization of the Al-Anad base. The focus was on monitoring the cases of disabled children and girls who were directly affected by the effects of war.
Professor Belgium Al-Soruri said: “The organization’s entry into some villages is considered an important step, as this initiative was launched from our hearts to draw smiles and renew hope in the lives of the wounded and disabled. We seek to provide support and assistance to everyone who needs it.”
The association expressed its deep thanks to the administrative body of the Child Care Organization for its efforts to monitor cases that did not receive aid, and to address their suffering in the best possible ways. The association stressed the importance of community work and contributing to providing humanitarian support to those who need it.
At the end of the tour, the President of the Association, Belgium Al-Soruri, thanked and appreciated the organization for its tremendous efforts and for bearing the challenges of field work that requires great effort, stressing the continued cooperation between the organization and the association to follow up on the cases of the wounded and the needy in society.
