The Public Prosecution and the Shabwa Police implement the legal retribution ruling against the convicted Khaled Al -Qubaisi

The Public Prosecution and the Shabwa Governorate Police carried out this morning, in the central prison square in Ataq, the Sharia Qassas Ruling on the right of the convicted Khaled Ali Ahmed Saleh Al -Qubaisi, by firing bullets because of his intentional killing of the victim, Abd al -Rab Hussein Hadi Ranah.
The death sentence was carried out, based on the judicial rulings that sentenced the accused and punished him for the death penalty, which was the ruling that was approved by His Excellency the President of the Presidential Command Council.
After completing all legal procedures, the public prosecutor of the Republic, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, directed the completion of the implementation procedures in accordance with the Qur’anic teachings: “You have a life in the story, O first -doors, you may fear you.”

The verdict of the ruling was recited by the Undersecretary of the Bayhan and Issalan Prosecution Prosecution, and the ruling was implemented in the presence of the Undersecretary of Shabwa Governorate, Mr. Fahd bin Al -Dheeb Al -Khulaifi, a member of the Shabwa Appeals Prosecution Office, Judge Mohsen Battam, and the Undersecretary of the Research and Prisons Prosecution Judge Ali Al -Qarbaa, and the Deputy Director General of the Shabwa Governorate Police, Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser Al -Ahwal, and Lt. Col. And road security, deputy director of the criminal investigation in the governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Ali Lahoul, Commander of the Public Security Camp, Lt. Col. Tariq Al -Jaadani, a number of judges, police officers, and blood guardians.
This process comes within the framework of the judicial and security authorities in Shabwa Governorate to implement justice and enhance security in the region.
